I do my part and encourage others too on that macro level. I think every small act makes a difference. So I have always recycled, always eaten organically, always watched my electricity, always give when I can. Over the years, though, I've come to a place where I see that it's the intimate touching of those around us where we are of most influence. It's as important to me to work for stopping global warming as it is to come in direct contact with other seekers and extend a hand for their internal environment.
