The problem is that it contains Chicory Root in it, which after doing a little reading on it on the net, it doesn't sound like pregnant women should be consuming it, or I found it's in the "unsure category".
It has a natural laxative effect but I guess it promotes menstruation as well which obviously isn't good during pregnancy.
