Click it, and then choose the filepath towards your firmimg. How are you connecting to the servers, and where is the file located? Is the file mounted through the iDRAC remote console? There we load the from a local drive or a windows share, we tested both. I tried this same thing and it failed for me as well. The tech I talked to suggested trying an earlier version of the firmware but it also failed, we could not find an old enough version to get it to work.
This updated all the firmware on the system, including the DRAC card. Eventually we solved by recognizing that we had an un-initialized SD card in there and only after initialization of that card, the FW update completed without problems.
